A three-week long group class series for women who are ready to reclaim their womb sovereignty and prevent unplanned pregnancy by utilizing their own embodied intuitive knowing and plant medicine allyship OPEN TO WOMEN OF ALL AGES + LIFE PHASES: Women in their fertile, childbearing years+ mothers, grandmothers, and aunties who want to help educate and support the young women in their lives CLASS TIMES + TOPICS: All classes will be held on Zoom from 1 - 3pm EST Class recordings will be available for anyone who cannot attend live Sunday, October 5: How to transition off of hormonal birth control + IUDs 🌸 Overview of how hormonal contraceptives work and the longterm impacts that they create in the body + womb-psyche of a woman 🌸 How to physically support your body in the preparation and repair phase before transitioning off of hormonal birth control with food, herbs, and daily practices 🌸 Spiritual tools + practices to help a woman reconnect to her fertility and and creative life force capacity Sunday, October 12: Bio-intuitive fertility tracking 🌸 Understand why period tracker apps cannot accurately predict your ovulation + fertile window 🌸 Begin cycle tracking with the moon phases and learn to reconnect with your lunar feminine nature 🌸 Learn how to intuit your body's fertility signals through observing cervical mucus patterns, energy levels, basal body temperature, libido, appetite, deep embodied knowing, and dreams Sunday, October 19: Plants for pregnancy prevention + conscious contraception 🌸 Move away from fear and urgency around a potential unplanned pregnancy and move towards an aligned and trusting ability to respond to the situation with ease and clarity 🌸 Develop your own personal relationship with emmenagogues (herbs that promote bleeding) and hormonal modulators (herbs that shift your estrogen + progesterone levels) that can be worked with during the "Golden Window" of your menstrual cycle 🌸 Learn how to have mature conversations with male partners about how you will collectively keep sperm from entering into your vagina during your fertile window $33 FOR ACCESS TO ALL THREE CLASSES Along with my extensive resource guide (that's only $11 // class ... what a smoking deal!!!)​​

Cancellation Policy
At Sage Femme, I honor the value of our time and the energetic exchange that occurs in our work together. I ask that you respect the following guidelines for rescheduling or canceling your appointment: Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, a fee of 25% of the session cost will be applied. Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the session cost. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged in full. Emergency Exceptions: I understand that life happens. If an emergency arises, please reach out directly, and we can find a compassionate solution. Late Arrivals: If you are late to your session, the remaining time will be honored, but the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Full payment will still be required. Mutual Respect: I also reserve the right to reschedule in the case of personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring I notify you as early as possible. Group Class Offerings: All sales are final. Thank you for honoring this policy with grace and understanding. It allows for the integrity of our shared time and for this work to remain in flow.
