The Experience
Sacred Ceremonies
Ceremonies take place in the traditional maloka, beginning under the stars and guided by the ancient songs and prayers of Abuela Zoila and her family. Each ceremony is a step deeper into your healing journey, offering insights, clarity, and profound transformation.
Creative Exploration
Arte-Sana workshops are a nurturing space to explore your feminine expression through drawing, beading, singing, movement exploration, journaling, and other creative practices. These activities will help you process and integrate the experiences from the ceremonies.
Communal Living
Embrace the simplicity and beauty of jungle living. Sleep in hammocks or on camping mattresses in a traditional communal space. Bathe in the river or a nearby stream, connecting deeply with the land and its rhythms.
Cultural Respect and Connection
This retreat takes place in the heart of Cofan territory. You will be immersed in the family’s way of life, sharing meals, stories, and ceremonies. Respect for the land, people, and traditions is at the heart of this experience.
Important Details
Travel Recommendations:
Fly into Bogotá and take a connecting flight to Puerto Asis. Arrive the night before (August 29) or morning of the retreat start date. I (Claire) will meet you at the Puerto Asis airport and arrange private transportation to the retreat site. I can also help arrange a hotel room in Puerto Asis if you are flying in the night of August 29 (not included in the overall price of the retreat).

Last day to register for the retreat is August 1 in order to provide enough time to schedule your pre-retreat intake call and book your flights.

The $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your spot. Payment plan details and instructions will be provided after your registration is confirmed.
If you register for the retreat after July 1, the full amount ($2,495) must be paid upon registration.
Refund Policy:

The $500 deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel 30 days or more before the retreat start date (August 30), you are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding the deposit.

If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat start date, no refund will be issued. However, the full amount (excluding the deposit) will be credited toward the next retreat.
