Weekly classes meet live on Zoom each Tuesday at 12pm Mountain Time
(11am PST / 2pm EST)
Classes are approximately 2 hours with time allotted for Q+A
All classes will be recorded and uploaded to our classroom portal for women who cannot attend live
I was encouraged to join The Red Tent through my therapist. I was 4 months fresh postpartum, and it felt like the right time to connect with other women to learn about our bodies and how we fit and belong in community.
